To my understanding from most spree blog and Taiwan seller, there will be a minimum order of 15-20 items for Taiwan seller and payment to be made via credit card. Arrival of stocks may take about 1 -3 months after the closure of the spree. And no rejection of defects in stocks received. Some popular item(s) may be out of stock by the time the spree have closed.
