Anyone ever has problem with this shop? I ordered some clothes from them almost 3 weeks ago, specifically indicating that I need for a trip this week, they replied that they will try and “rush” within 2 weeks and thereafter I paid my deposits. However after that, all my emails and SMS to them went unanswered, just an automated email reply that “thank me for the email”. So I dunno what is happening to my order (and deposit) and I am leaving tomorrow so the thick clothing I ordered from them will be useless now. Any advice? Thanks much!

Same here and I understand how you feel!!!! I placed an order with Sac Fetish for SGD969 worth of apparels and made full payment. She delivered about SGD489 worth of apparels on 2nd March and advised that she would arrange to dispatch the remaining on Wednesday 10th March but till today (2nd April) I have received nothing from them. I have sent her repeated email reminders but no reply. This is very frustrating and I am very skeptical about online shopping now. I do not know what to do now and my friends have recommended that I make an online police report since the amount is not small.

Though i like the clothes they sell, but the response from the owner was way too slow and they always make mistake. My 1st experience was they delivered wrong item. I tried 2nd time, i had paid my deposit early this year, and have yet to received my item till now. Then they sent me email recently said my order is out of stock, can refund. And i agree to the refund, next minute i received another email said they mixed up, my order had reached them months back. Come on, what is going on….is this the way to do business? If they are serious about their customer, please buck up…
