For the first batch of orders, payment will be split into TWO separate payments.

First payment is for the items, agent fees and local/registered postage fees(if required).
Second payment is for delivery charges and additional top-ups(if needed).
The reason for Second payment is that I do not want to overcharge you for delivery fees.
