1. When will the spree close?

    The spree will close when we hit our caps. Check our Spree Status Update page to see current caps.

2. Do we refund if spree has poor response?

    We will do a auto-refund for sprees with poor response after 3 weeks

3. Are there paid orders for ___ spree yet?

    Please check the Spree Status Update page to see if there are any paid orders. Usually we have many
    enquiries for the same order but spree-ers are just waiting for someone to make a paid order.

4. Some other spree sites charge lower exchange rates than
    thespreeville.

    These other spree sites may charge higher handling fees to cover up the the loss made in the exchange
    rate.  They may also request for top-ups if it exceeds at the end of the spree. You would be liable to pay a 
    higher price in the end because there are second payments to be made. TheSpreeVille is proud to say we
    charge one of the lowest handling fees for spree sites.
