* To protect privacy all comments (of new collections) will be screened.

* For any orders/enquires, please email us at april_thirteen@live.com or leave us a comment with your email address. We will reply you via email instead of live journal. To avoid missing out our email, please add april_thirteen@live.com in your contact/mark us as safe sender/check your junk folder.

* We will email you the order confirmation mail upon receiving the order. Payment must be made within 24 hours upon receiving the order confirmation mail. Otherwise, item will be given to the next customers on the waiting list. Deadbuyers will also be blacklisted.

* For items stated pending/sold out, you may still leave your email address. We will contact you, if it happens to be available.
