I love her website, it’s eye catchy and easy to use. Pictures were also big enough compared to other webbies. Packaging is also good.
The nightmare started when the shipment arrived. I received 4 instead of 5 goods and one of them was in the wrong colour. The worst was when it was supposed to be a registered mail, it turned up as a regular mail that went into my mailbox.
The remaining order came 3 weeks later only after I tried contacting them. What makes me feel disgusted was that the tracking mail was recorded as normal mail and not registered mail that was promised by Lovelyspree.
Overall: This is the first time I’m so upset with any boutique. Slow response and things are not in order.
Lovelyspree, do you want to only make one sales from one person only? My displeasure could spread to thousands of people!

no respond
i email and contacted them

i just spent on $200 plus on clothings
and they cant even do a simple thing as responding
i felt as if my money was being eaten up by a con person
i thought of happy shopping for my CNY clothing
now i am not even sure if i am gonna have any CNY clothing thanks to them
they gave a bad name to online shopping

1. no reply, no respond
its like after you pass money to them there is no reply from them… AT ALL!!
2. no feedback
there is the part where you can check the status of the delivery

yes, their repute is that bad.
they told me that its until they message lovelyspree on their facebook wall then there’s a reply.
so i went to try and post on their fanpage asking them about my item
they reply
“If you have anymore questions and require immediate reply,
do kindly email to us instead of posting here ”
but after posting there, then there is response!
email them one time two time three time… nothing will happen
so if you want to have express delivery,
make sure u post a comment after u email them on their wall.
shipping take 2 weeks to be delivered?
as if they can promise what the can deliver!
if you really want to buy from them, give them about 2 months or more
and maybe the thing you selected would be re-stocking or out of stock.
though its bad management
but it felt like they were a fraud company
but i think they might be, or they might be a irresponsible & unresponsive!
its one of the lousiest e-shop ever!

I too had the same exasperating experience dealing with this merchant. I transfer the payment to her on the 31/12/10 but till now I still havent even receive my items. Send her up to today at least 7 emails asking about the deliveries. No response so far.
will try to post on their facebook bad comments. Perhaps then it will warn all unknowing shoppers away from this irresponsible merchant.
Tried finding out if I can get back my money via CASE but they will only be able to deal with them if CASE have an address or a phone number. So anyone out there who is super pissed with this shop able to tell me. If there is an address and phone number. Let me be the representative for us all who suffers from poor and irresponsible service.
