Dear Singapore customers, effective today, there will be a $0.80 charge to any orders below $10 (if paid by Paypal). This is to cover our Paypal fees which is a bit tough to handle when the order total is very low. However if you are paying via local bank transfer, you can transfer without the $0.80.
