As you may know, there are always risks of damage during shipping and transportation, especially for oversea shipping. Some of the palettes were totally smashed and became unusable *sob*. But the others only had minor damages such as color cracked, minor scratches, etc.

Although they arrived in less than perfect condition, they are still awesome because most of them has only 1 color cracked, and about 95-99% of the color is still retained in the pan. They are called As-Is Makeup palettes (just like the As-Is section in IKEA!) and are now offered to you with the best prices ever!!!

- 1 color cracked (please refer to picture), 99% of the colors are intact
- Very light, minor scratches on the case. I tried to take a picture but couldn’t show those as they are too minor! But you can tell that the cover is not as shiny

Damage: 1 color cracked, 99% of the color are loosely retained in the pan. You can press them back and they will be as good as new. This guideline for fixing broken eyeshadow may be useful!
