My favourite Korean product online store :) Prompt service AND generous with samples hee
Jennifer | 3 Jun 2010 at 1:42 amA great blog shop! Lots of cool stuff :)
Sam | 2 Jul 2010 at 10:39 amProduct store with lots of varieties, gives out quite a few samples. Pricing is low and sometimes can compete with some of the other online blogshops selling Korean products. Other times, cannot.
Delivery is timely, no complaints about packaging. Wrapping is quite okay and product boxes were a bit dented. But they were always dented whenever I bought from her.
Owner is good at pushing and recommending products but average at following up on product enquiries. Can quote product descriptions but does not always know what else is in the product and not willing to follow up. Had a friend who was persuaded by blog owner to buy quite a few products but most didnt work. When told about this, the blog owner was like bochap attitude, dropped 1 suggestion and then completely ignored her feedback. Even if she is busy, could at least be a bit more attentive. No critical feedback from other customers, how do i know what to buy and how do i know if the shop owner is being honest?
Have also seen her at the bazaar before and she spent most of her time surfing her iPad and preferred to let her mother handle the customers. Did not buy anything from her again after my friend’s experience so I just walked past her.
Suggest that potential buyers get from the physical stores like Tony Moly in Marina Square before buying online lahz. I think the shop is not too bad lahz but the owner lacks experience selling and handling product enquiries + feedback as they are still very new.
Joanne | 15 Nov 2010 at 8:58 pmThanks for your feedback Joanne! Noted on the comments and will do my best to improve :) Sad to hear your friend had a bad experience- not too sure which customer you’re referring to so not too sure what happened in the case- normally try not to push customers into buying anything, so sorry to hear your friend felt pushed! Regarding surfing my ipad during the bazaar, I was replying to customer’s emails :) Have a nice evening!
iheartkoreanbeauty | 15 Nov 2010 at 9:38 pmOh yeah, and as far as I’m aware, I only have 1 customer called Joanne (different email address) so would be nice ot know who you are/ what products you/ your friend bought!
Cheers
