These headbands are the new popular hair accessory. They are 28 inches of 7/8″ width ribbon attached to a little toggle bean; making it easy to adjust to the perfect tightness. The double ruffle ribbon has a strip of 3/8″ grosgrain down the middle and are so cute for any girl. They can be worn by toddlers to adults; however I don’t recommend them for little ones as the toggle bean is the perfect size to choke on. Always supervise any child wearing one.
