It is always so nice to hear what customers say after they receive their orders in the mail. I just wanted to highlight two here today:
1) Remember how I created a custom Cherry Blossom with Eyelets card awhile back for a customer? He left me feedback saying that he would’ve paid more for the card! :] Read his full feedback here.
2) You might also recall that I made a custom Fathers’ Day elephant-themed card for a customer who’s pregnant with her first child! I followed up with her after Fathers’ Day passed, just to see how her husband liked the card. To my (extremely pleasant!) surprise, she told me that her husband was ‘really touched by the card and even went to hunt for a nice frame to put the card in and displayed it on a shelf (this is a highly unusual action for him)’! I read that and giggled, and it really has made my week!
I honestly love love LOVE working with customers to create something I’d (and they’d) be proud of, so these follow-ups were so special. :]
