I am planning a short trip to Malta for 5 days and flying via Ryan Air and have decided not to have any check in luggage to avoid check in baggage fees! Ha! So potential savings for me was 15 euro~ SGD30.

So my personal hygiene bag will be 

1) shampoo bar 

2) facial wash < 20ml

3)  leave in conditioner for hair< 30ml

4) Sunblock for face <  20ml ( am particular on what i put on my face so i am bringing the brand i always use! SPF 50!)

which should be within the cabin baggage allowance for fluids.

First time i am so lean in my holiday luggage!
