As mentioned in a previous post, I have learned so much in my 8 months of running Paper Exploits, and in a bid to serve you lovelies better, I’ve updated my Shop Policies. Look out for new information on shipping and handling, custom orders, and rush orders :]
I’ve noticed that the lack of formatting on Etsy pages makes long text hard to read, so I’ve made the Shop Policies available in their entirety both here directly from my blog, or here at the Etsy shop. :]
I place a great deal of importance on keeping customers in the know not just when changes/updates occur, but also why/the reasons behind such changes/updates. As such, I will be writing a post soon about the various impetuses (im-pe-tus-es, ha!) behind several of these updates, to keep you all informed on the ‘why’ processes behind all of this, so stay tuned! :]
