1. All Longchamp bags are sourced directly from Longchamp boutiques overseas. A copy of the original receipt is available upon request.
2. Full payment is required before confirmation of pre-orders. In the event the item is out of stock, we will refund your deposit in full.
3. Please allow an estimated 3 weeks for delivery after pre-order closes (estimated delivery date early June 2011).
4. All pre-orders are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are allowed.
5. Delivery mode = Direct shipping (with insurance) from Europe to Singapore, then registered post delivery to doorstep (free of charge) or mass meet-up at Yew Tee MRT Station.
