1. Email allkoreanthings@gmail.com with Your Name, Email, HP No, Quantity Number, how many times you have purchased from us and how you manage to know about us (twitter/fb/friend etc). Please also indicate whether or not you want to meet up or receive it by registered post and we will send you an email of confirmation.

2. Transfer money via Internet Banking or ATM. If transferring money via ATM, please take a photo of the receipt as proof of transfer. For iBanking, please tell us the name under which you transferred the money to us.  

3. Although registered mail is possible, we do not advise it as it can be quite heavy. Please read our FAQ for more information regarding registered mailing for albums and then decide if you still want it, please indicate that you are aware of the additional costs. You do not need to pay for registered mail first. We’ll update you the actual when we weigh the items once it arrives. 

4. Please note that our preorder 2 weeks countdown does NOT start from the time you make payment, but from the date our preorder closes. (most of the time). Please see our “PREORDER STATUS” page for more information.

5. Receipt will be emailed to you upon confirmation of money transfer. 

6. Details regarding collection of items will be finalized when the items arrive. 

Meetup Details:
For ALL purchases, meetups at Choa Chu Kang MRT ONLY and registered mailing is available (as of now). You do not need to pay for registered mail first. We’ll update you the actual amount payable when we weigh the items once it arrives.
