With the long awaited Chinese New Year break being over, I believe we all can't help but feel a little deflated.
This tends to happen with all occasions that one looks forward to from Christmas to New Year to birthdays;
the excitement builds up then the day finally arrives and at 11 pm, "damn it, why must the day be over so soon".
Before you know it, it feels like another dreaded Sunday night with work looming gloomily over the festive horizon.
Since there is no choice when it comes to whether to return to the office and its politics or not, why not exercise some choice
where you can in your wardrobe. It isn't the most important thing in the world to dress to the nines every day of the week,
neither is it a matter of life or death, it's just making life more interesting than it already is (or isn't). Materialistic as it sounds,
'clothes maketh the man' and more often than not, people judge you based on appearances. First impressions count.
Why else would some organisations out there set a certain dress code at the office if no once cared?
Fall/ Winter last year, office wear just got more interesting. Pencil skirts show off a woman's curves like not other and
they've got sexy in the bag even when they're hanging on the racks. Wear the black pencil skirt with a printed top to add
some detail to the outfit. Black pencil skirts are slimming and they enhance the waist and curves; just pick a thicker material
so you avoid the dreaded 'vpl', alternatively, seamless underwear is a must.

green that's easy to carry off as well. It's not hard to add colour in your life. Collette wears the same skirt with a reversible top in
chiffon but with different accessories. Don't forget to change the accessories, try not to wear it exactly the same because chances
are, something won't match. The black was paired with brown accessories for some accents and with maroon, we made a switch
to a black belt and a change of footwear. This is one of the better ways to get a bang for your buck- to have one blouse but two
colours and multiple ways to wear it.

chunky heel sandals. Swap the footwear for a covered pump and you're ready to roll. Nudes and earth tones are also must-haves.
Wear this shirt dress with oxford heels for a fresh yet neat look that is office friendly.
